• When the need and opportunity arises Joanne calls upon a range of colleagues who also work in the academic, consulting (HRM; business; project management and psychological services) and coaching fields.  

  The list below is not exhaustive, but serves to illustrate who Joanne has collaborated with in her coaching, academic development and organisational innovation work. 

• A colleague who also works across the university and corporate sector.

  Max is a highly experienced and regarded management educator, co-author of our Effective Leadership program and a consultant. He is expert in business and process improvement and has consulted to many large corporations here and overseas. He lectures in Operations Management at Masters degree level.

• An experienced HRM Consultant.

  Carolyn has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Human Resource Management. Joanne has been fortunate to have undertaken both academic work as well as leadership coaching with Carolyn as colleague, and can attest to her highly competent and approachable manner. 

  Carolyn has held senior leadership positions in HRM in the private, tertiary and public sectors (state and local government).

  Carolyn also runs her own consulting practice.
