Plans are underway in 2018 to integrate new materials covering innovation into the successful Optimising You program. This program is tailored to meet the often-cited needs and expectations expressed by employers for graduates to possess and utilise a range of business and interpersonal skills combined with an ability to work effectively in diverse organisational settings and to be able to contribute to an organisation's innovation goals.
